Since I last visited with you, this has been my view as I have been busy rebuilding my photo libraries. Many of you were so helpful with the various ways in which you do your own backups and going forward, I'm feeling more confident with my new process. (Time Machine, CrashPlan, SmugBug and PhanFare).
I'm mostly bummed about losing all my Istanbul pictures. The only salvageable ones were those I posted. And that was only a few. ~ sigh ~
But life goes on. Over the last few days, I joined The Professor who had some meetings in San Diego. The weather has been beautiful and I was able to steal him away for an hour here and there to explore a bit.
And of course take some photos!
We visited a few neighboring areas that included La Jolla, Coronado and Old Town.
The image below is of the Hotel del Coronado, an old Victorian beach resort that is now the oldest and largest all-wooded building in California.
Of course, I'm always drawn to the water.
It always calms me.
And I could use a little calm ....
after my last week!
But all is well with the world again.
~ smile ~
Have a great week, my friends!
