Let the summer begin!

Pure and simply joy
his was jumping the waves
mine was watching him

my grandson

: : :

Kim Klassen over over at Texture Tuesday today asked us to use textures
on a photo that included people.
I used Kim's "subtly yours" texture and then gave it a little boost.

Of course, I think I do better with birds or landscape
or just about anything else.

Hope your first day of summer Tuesday is rockin'!
And I don't mean with those thunderstorms traveling through!

definitely one way to beat the heat..

it seems like it has been summer forever..
personally I would love for it to be winter..
if only Florida had that season.

Well I think you do very nicely with people shots :-) They are definitely me achilles heel.

I am not a texture shot fan but I like what you did with this, the bright blurring of the edges makes it something unique. Great job.
