Off to lobster land ....

We will be leaving for Maine tomorrow.  Good timing, I guess, since we still do not have any electricity.  Thank you Irene.

During this time, I will probably be unplugging a bit.  (Ack!  So hard for me to do!)
So if I am slow in thanking you or in simply visiting, this is the reason why.
There will be lobster to be eaten, landscapes to photo and inlets to explore!
~sigh~

I'm already suffering withdrawals from visiting all you guys and dolls.
You can thank Irene for that also!

While away, though, I scheduled a few posts and photos.
I just can't help myself.

The mere fact that you visit
is truly a gift.

Thank you.
~sigh~
I already miss you!

Hi Reena,

We will miss you, too.

If you stop in Bar Harbor, please have some lobster for me. We were there weekly when sailing out of Boston. *sigh* Oh, that was so fun.

Have fun!

I've heard that lobster screams as it's boiling. I think you should feel guilty about that.

You are going to one of my favorite places in the country. But you already knew that.
Go ahead and unplug. Everybody needs to do this from time to time. It keeps things fresh. And hey, a girl's gotta live ~

After watching tonight's national news, you may have trouble getting there if you have to go through Connecticut or Vermont. Be careful!

I'm in Portsmouth, NH. If you're close by, shoot an email and we could meet for a cuppa or a walk on the beaches. dst33 @ comcast . net

Sorry to hear you're still without power. I always feel like I get withdrawal symptoms when I unplug but we have to do that every once in a while. Have an amazing time in Maine.

Id like to invite everyone to my blog Amish Stories today to read a post from old order Mennonite Jean of New York state. Jean has taken-in a foster child named Michael whose parents are no longer able to take care of him. He's English and Jeans family is old order Mennonite (horse and buggy) but that makes no difference in the love that this young man is receiving from this family. Thank you folks and i hope to see some of you drop by the blog. Richard
